The Taunton Cider Company was first incorporated in 1911, but its roots can be traced as far back as 1805. The brand steadily became a household name and by the 1980's it ws the second largest cider maker in the UK. However, due to a series of corporate buy-out the old Taunton Cider Company was closed in 1995. Fortunately, the story doesn't end there! In 2015 we re-registered the trademark and started producing cider in November of 2016.

The new Taunton Cider Company proudly produce an award-winning craft cider, using only apples from local British orchards. Our passion for supporting British apple growers runs parallel  with our endorsement of British clubs and societies. We are keen to promote and offer our support in any way we can, bespoke to your clubs needs.
