fourfive was founded by international rugby players George Kruis and Dominic Day after identifying a gap in the market for an athlete focussed health and wellness brand.
We are proud that since launching with fourfivecbd in 2018, we have become the most trusted CBD brand on the market. But after years of following strict health regimes and nutritional programmes as professional athletes, we also understand better than most that good health starts from the inside. This is why in November 2020 we launched Fourfive Nutrition. A professional grade, Informed Sport tested nutrition range, designed for the active.

As international rugby players, injury recovery is something we know all too well, and after both under going surgery in early 2018, we were searching for a natural product to help manage our symptoms.
When we began to take the deregulated supplement CBD oil, we found that it allowed us to maintain an active lifestyle during the highs and lows of our rugby careers, so we founded fourfivecbd to create the safest CBD products on the market. Our range now includes a selection of BSCG (Banned Substance Control Group) certified products, making them safe for use by tested professionals.
Fourfive Nutrition
Following the success of our sister company, we started to look further afield and take a closer look at other supplements on the market. It quickly became obvious to us that there was a real need for premium nutrition.

We've built on the ethos of our existing brand to create safe, Informed Sport tested, high-end nutrition that sports professionals can trust.
Team mentality is at the heart of our company. It's in everything we do. And we want our customers to feel a part of the fourfive team too. That's why we are looking for clubs to join us in creating great team based content that emulates the camaraderie of the brand. In exchange for product and sponsorship we are looking for willing participants to use our products and record the ways you incorporate them into your routine; On game day, at training and during those achy days afterwards.
