To provide 4 x internal A4 and 2 x internal A1 advertising frames until 31st May 2024.

To provide 2 x side of dugouts pitch side hoardings until 31st May 2024.

To provide 1 x 12ft x 5ft advertising banner externally on the front wall of the club until 31st May 2024.

To provide 1 x 8ft x 3ft side wall external advert until 31st May 2024.

To provide 1 x external roller blind casing advert until 31st May 2024.

To agree to promote the sponsor through the club's social media activity until 31st May 2024.

To provide hospitality for 6 people of the sponsor's choice attending two 1st XV pre match league lunches during the season 2023/24 to include half a bottle of wine per person, with the sponsor being promoted as the match day sponsor for that day.

To provide 2 x 1st XV match ball sponsors to coincide with the match day sponsorships.

To provide 2 tickets for the two England 6 Nations fixtures at Twickenham, during the 2023/24 season.

A condition of providing tickets for these England home international games is that the provided tickets are used solely by the sponsor and not transferred or sold to a third party. Subject to the RFU distributing tickets for any games to the club.

To provide use of the club for any events including use of the kitchen and bar facilities providing they are not previously booked out.

The exact size, colour and style of typeface for the above credits shall be determined by the sponsor and nominated officers of the club. If no common ground or agreement can be reached the club's views will be considered binding.
