Richmond Rugby Club has a range of beneifts which cover the following areas:

Opportunity for the Company logo to appear on ONE of the following:
- Sleeve or shoulder of the Men’s 1st team shirts; OR
- Back of the Women’s 1st team shirts; OR
- Back of the Women’s 1st team shorts; OR
- Roof of the two pitchside dug-outs on the main pitch
2. Communication with our Membership
3. Hospitality
One (1) Ball Sponsor position for Men’s 1st team matches including:
- logo on the front cover and team sheet page of the digital match day programme
- recognition in match previews/reviews sent out to the membership
- verbal mentions at the pre-match lunch
- logo on the match day lunch menu and TV screens
- announcements on the PA system during the game
4. Activation Opportunities
Invitations to attend various Club functions:
- Evening to meet players & coaches early in the season
- Minis Festivals
- End of Season Awards Dinner
SPONSORSHIP FEE: £5,000-10,000 + VAT per season (dependent on range of benefits taken)

One (1) or two (2) perimeter boards with Company’s branding located on the main pitch on Richmond match days

One (1) full page colour advert in every Richmond home match day digital programme.

Press release announcing new partnership sent out to the Club’s database via email and social media channels.

On-going promotional opportunities to the entire Club membership and supporter base throughout the year via all the Club’s social media & communication channels eg. Club Partner promotional offers, discounts etc.

Company logo to appear on the Club website homepage with direct link through to Company’s own website.

Right to use Club logo in any promotional materials with reference as ‘Club Partner.’

One (1) Ball Sponsor position for Men’s 1st team matches (see 3. Hospitality above).

Ten (10) complimentary match tickets with designated seats overlooking the halfway line.

One (1) complimentary table for up to 10 guests at the Richmond match day lunch including a 3 course meal (but excluding drinks).

Two (2) season tickets providing free access to all Richmond home games.

Opportunity to purchase two (2) good category tickets to two Twickenham international (either Autumn Internationals or 6 Nations games) at own cost (face value plus nominal handling fee).

Invitations to attend various Club functions (see 4. Activation Opportunities above).

Opportunity to hold events in the Club rooms at a discounted rate (25% reduction).
