Top Kayaking/Canoeing Moment: Pushing myself so hard at 2021 worlds where I was half conscious in the last 100m of the race and still managed to pull up 3 places, to this day it still amazes me how my mind was capable of such extreme output from my body.

Proudest Kayaking/Canoeing Moment: Marathon World Championships Romania 2021 – placed 9th at 17 despite having a faulty pump and broken paddle.

Favourite Race Venue:

Day Job: currently a student but I juggle 3 jobs: catering, bar work and student ambassador

Where you can find me when not on the water: slamming the plates down at city centrals finest gym.
