About us:

Alexandra Park Cricket Club

Welcome to the profile of Alexandra Park Cricket Club (APCC). We are a historic and large, well-established grassroots football and cricket club, based in Alexandra Park, North London. Our adult football and cricket sections were founded over 100 years ago and have provided a home for local sportspeople ever since.

The cricket club was formed in 1888 and began playing within the Alexandra Park Racecourse in 1906.

Today the cricket club provides playing opportunities to a diverse group running 4 league sides every Saturday as well as more social opportunities on both Saturday's and Sunday's and through the week. Club life centres around the clubhouse on our grounds located at the foot of Alexandra Palace and we have many social events through the Summer months taking advantage of our unique position as the only cricket club in the grounds of a Palace. So unique indeed that the famous Don Bradman filmed his coaching manual at the club! We have a nascent youth cricket section that we are ambitious to grow and to give opportunities to the diverse community in which we reside. The cricket pitches also host a range of third parties during the summer including many London businesses that use the grounds for evening social cricket lettings.

Who Are We?

We are a Cricket Club, consisting of over 70 members based in London.

How does SNAP deliver more value to you?

Sponsoring through SNAP provides you with significant value. Being on SNAP gives us access to expert guidance and unique activations. This in turn will maximise your return on objectives, and investment. For over a decade SNAP has supported grassroots, local and regional sports across the UK by facilitating mutually beneficial partnerships between businesses and clubs to benefit companies, communities and the economy. We welcome any opportunity to discuss how we can replicate this success with you.

Why is sponsorship important?
Sponsorship offers critical financial support, allowing us to cover expenses and support our growth initiatives. Additionally, sponsorship fosters a sense of community, linking your company with our network to meet your commercial objectives. By sponsoring us your business will benefit from enhanced brand recognition, giving you the opportunity to connect with our audience and promote your products, services, and experiences. Please refer to our Sponsorship Opportunities for additional details.

Aspirations

We want to help the Cricket Club to become increasingly sustainable and self-sufficient in the future, but also to be able to upgrade our facilities, including our pitches, changing rooms and equipment so we can keep providing exceptional access to cricket to all of our players and members. This is a community cricket club for all offering value to all our players and members and we wish to continue to drive both best practice and One Team philosophy. Along with our adult  and junior football clubs and our main club's position at the heart of Alexandra Park we aspire to improve and grow to the benefit of the whole community.
