About us:

Welcome to the official SNAP profile of Flamstead Cricket Club.

Who Are We?

We are a long-established cricket club in the village of Flamstead, Hertfordshire, founded in 1875. Over the years, our club has become a key part of the local community. Known for our beautifully kept grounds, Flamstead Cricket Club offers a stunning setting among rolling hills, perfect for cricket lovers. Our pavilion is a popular spot where players and fans can relax and enjoy the game together.

We're dedicated to making cricket accessible to everyone, offering equipment and coaching for beginners. We run All Stars and Dynamos programs for children aged 5 to 11, as well as junior hard ball training for those aged 11 and above. Currently, we have 50 senior members and 50 junior cricketers, fostering a love for the game across all ages. We field two adult teams in the 4B and 9B divisions of the Herts Saracens league, a mid week team and are actively working to revive our juniors section and increase the number of friendly matches during the week and on Sundays. To support our youth coaching, we've brought in two qualified ECB coaches.

Beyond cricket, we stay active in the community by hosting events like charity matches, family fun days, and social gatherings. These events not only help raise funds for the club but also bring people together, strengthening community bonds. Our club is run by a team of dedicated volunteers who work hard to keep everything running smoothly.

With members of all ages and skill levels, Flamstead Cricket Club values teamwork, enjoyment, and sportsmanship as much as winning. With our beautiful grounds, excellent facilities, and friendly atmosphere, we've been an important part of the community for nearly 150 years.

How does SNAP deliver more value to you?

Sponsoring through SNAP provides you with significant value. Being on SNAP gives us access to expert guidance and unique activations. This in turn will maximise your return on objectives, and investment. For over a decade SNAP has supported grassroots, local and regional sports across the UK by facilitating mutually beneficial partnerships between businesses and clubs to benefit companies, communities and the economy. We welcome any opportunity to discuss how we can replicate this success with you.

Why is sponsorship important?

Sponsorship offers critical financial support, allowing us to cover expenses and support our growth initiatives. Additionally, sponsorship fosters a sense of community, linking your company with our network to meet your commercial objectives. By sponsoring us your business will benefit from enhanced brand recognition, giving you the opportunity to connect with our audience and promote your products, services, and experiences. Please refer to our Sponsorship Opportunities for additional details.

What will your investment enable?

Through sponsorship you will support the following objectives:

  1. Coaching - This funding will directly contribute to high-quality coaching for our junior players, ensuring their development and enjoyment of the sport.

  2. Junior Cricket Gear - Investment in new equipment will provide our junior teams with the necessary resources to hone their skills and perform at their best.

  3. Sight Screens - Upgrading our sight screens is crucial for adherence to regulations during matches.

  4. Mobile Cricket Wicket Covers - Sponsorship can help us invest in a mobile pitch cover, minimizing weather disruptions and ensuring more games are played, creating a more consistent and enjoyable experience for players, fans, and sponsors alike.

  5. Club Playing Kit - We plan to renew our club's playing kit, and sponsorship would contribute significantly to this project.

  6. Live streaming Kit - Live streaming our matches would allow supporters and families who cannot attend games to stay connected and cheer on the teams.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
