SNAP contains a variety of benefits, from its educational elements, built-in promotional tools and dedicated account management support. The Challenge

SNAP is managed by grassroots sports volunteers just like you. Because of this we understand what limited time and resources you have to dedicate towards securing sponsors for the team/club/league that you are a custodian of. Cuts to public funding for sport have meant that our grassroots community is under increasing financial pressure. Furthermore, with the pro-longed COVID-19 pandemic statistics show that three-quaters of sports clubs are worried about their future. Our grassroots clubs are the life-blood of our communities. Yet many of them are in crisis. When these clubs are lost it hurts the players, members and local businesses. Something must change if we are to address these issues.   

The Solution

SNAP has simplified what was traditionally a costly, time-consuming and ineffective way to do business by digitalising sponsorship. In doing so, it has brought the process of club sponsorship into the 21st century. By simultaneously enabling aggregated social sharing across social media channels, SNAP has facilitated a way to raise awareness and create direct access to business owners, saving the need for costly competitor software. FAQ'S

How much does SNAP cost?

- Information regarding SNAP's subscription packages can be accessed by clicking here.

- There is no minimum contract period and our subscribers are able to cancel at any time (unless they have opted for an annual subscription, whereby cancelation would come into effect at renewal). 

- SNAP takes 0% commission on your sponsorship deals. You keep 100% of everything secured. 

- The platform has no additional functionalist costs or restrictions. There are also no limitations on the number of users who can access your profile from each club/organisation. 

- SNAP's onboarding fee is a one-off payment, which provides our team at SNAP with the ability to complete 100% of your profile build. Details regarding our onboarding process have been outlined below. 

 

What is the onboarding process at SNAP? 

- SNAP advises on a comprehensive profile build to achieve effective results, which shall be completed on your behalf (standard/pro package only). Average profile builds are completed within 7-10 working days, should the relevant information be provided from you. 

 

How does SNAP support me?

- SNAP will build your profile whilst delivering dedicated account management support throughout the onboarding process. 

- SNAP also offers a live chat function where a member of our team can instantly respond to any specific queries you may have. 

 

What happens to our existing sponsors at the club?

- Our system enables clubs to upload, manage and track any information about your pre-exisiting sponsorship network. Ownership of your data (including your sponsor's details) is confidential and therefore will not be publicised outside of the platform or to other members. 

 

How do sponsors find my club?

- SNAP aids clubs in finding sponsorship in a variety of ways, divided by a top-down or bottom-up approach. 

Top-Down Approach

1. Push Opportunities

- Sponsors are able to send out blanket sponsorship requests to clubs that fit their business objectives. This is why SNAP advises that your profile is fully completed to maximise your chances of appearing within relevant search results. 

 

Bottom-Up Approach

1. Members 

- Helping members to sponsor their clubs, ensuring that commercial needs and targets are met to increase financial prosperity for both parties.

2. Pre-Existing Relationships 

- Building on relationships to aim for renewals, whilst connecting with other businesses that find value in your sponsorship opportunities. 

3. Social Sharing

- Proactively sharing your opportunities on social media by tagging new or potential sponsors in your posts. Our system also allows you to bypass gatekeepers so that your message goes directly to business owners - who could benefit from sponsoring your club.

How do we agree our deals with sponsors?

- SNAP provides two ways to process your sponsorship deals. 

1. Contract 

- For complex deals the SNAP system produces a clear and concise legal contract. These contracts are automatically populated with the details of the club and sponsor. Furthermore, all interactions are time-stamped, ensuring negotiations are recorded.

- Rights and activations are built in to enable both parties an understanding of what they have comitted to deliver. A customisable payment schedule is available, permitting financial obligations to be split over monthly, quaterly, bi annual or annual installments.   

 

2. Handshake 

- For smaller, low value/less complex deals, allowing both parties to mutually agree on the terms without commitment to paper.

- Should sponsors have a specific criteria, or a list of terms, an option to upload a third party PDF contract is available. 

 

How do we track our secured sponsorship through SNAP?

- All sponsorship data is compiled into a master report, which can be filtered to a desired data-set and downloaded into a PDF or Excel format. 

 

We’ve never secured a sponsor before, what do we do?

- SNAP's in-depth knowledge base includes an online community and a library full of articles on building a comprehensive profile, shared best-practices and inter-club advice.

- We also contain an innovative task management system which has the ability to assign activations to an unlimited number of users, helping you to keep on top of sponsorship commitments. These activations, along with any other notifications, are personally sent to you via email, ensuring that you can stay updated even when you are logged out of the system.
