Forever Young People
Hello and welcome to the official SNAP Sponsorship profile of Forever Young People.
We're delighted to announce that we’ve now partnered with SNAP Sponsorship and we’re looking for sponsors who are excited about affiliating themselves with an award-winning organisation that provides bespoke and innovative coaching and mentoring programmes, allowing young people in Hertfordshire to create better opportunities for themselves by making better life choices and decisions.
We strive to craft a partnership with our sponsors that meets their specific objectives, whether that be community gifting, social responsibility (CSR), direct sales or brand building.
We’ll work with you to develop a partnership which meets both your objectives and adds value to us — supporting our organisation’s ongoing work in the community to remove barriers and make our programmes enjoyable, accessible and sustainable for all.
Whatever your motivation, find out more below. Thank you for visiting our profile.
Why Sponsor Us?
Early brand adoption and increased brand awareness in our community
Do you want to connect with an enhanced target audience? We engage with over 100 children and young people per week across Hertfordshire and we have an extensive network of members which is structured through young people, parents, supporters, volunteers, partners, teachers and employees. We also have a fast-growing social media presence with over 5k followers on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Championing youths in the local area can be an incredibly valuable investment in your business’s future as the young people that benefit from a brand’s sponsorship will always remember that brand’s belief in them. By connecting with these children at a young age, your brand can build loyalty and credibility that will last a lifetime. Similarly, the parents of those young people will undoubtedly come to favour the brand that helped make their youngsters feel championed, too.
We have an array of sponsorship opportunities which can be tailored to meet your objectives. Through sponsorship, our club will promote your company in a wide variety of ways, increasing your brand awareness, and therefore enriching the profile of your business.
Association with excellence – we’re an award-winning organisation
We are thrilled and incredibly proud that Forever Young People was honoured with the prestigious ‘Most Commended Award’ at the Lord Lieutenant Entrepreneur Challenge in May 2023.
This recognition is a true testament to our dedication, innovative spirit, passion and collaborative efforts to making a positive impact on the lives of young people.
The unwavering commitment to our mission of empowering and inspiring young individuals has been instrumental in our success. This recognition is a celebration of the transformative mentoring and support we offer. Together with our partners and supporters, we are creating opportunities, fostering personal growth and shaping a brighter future for young people.
The Lord Lieutenant Entrepreneur Challenge provided us with an opportunity to pitch to local leaders of industry and a platform to showcase our innovative support and mentoring to more young people across Hertfordshire.
We also won an award at the 2022 High Sheriff Awards which was bestowed for our focus on improving aspirations for young people using a combination of sport and mentoring.
We'd love for you to join us, share in our success and become part of our journey to an even bigger and brighter future.
Remove economic barriers making our programmes accessible and inclusive for all
We currently run two classes per day which are charged at minimum cost as many of our young people come from low-income families. Therefore, we require sponsorship in order to keep delivering our innovative coaching and mentoring programmes, upgrade our equipment and provide specialised workshops.
Due to our huge growth over the last couple of years, we’re in also in the process of upgrading our processes and systems to improve our effectiveness and scale our organisation for the future.
If you’re looking for something a little bit different and to make a positive impact in the community, sponsoring us with allow you to become directly involved in activities that are highly valued by local consumers.
Consumers are known to form strong positive associations with sponsors who contribute to and support the development of the local community. With eight out of ten consumers preferring to believe in what a company does rather than what it says; it’s easy to see why many businesses are choosing to sponsor mentoring programmes like ours as a way of maximising their marketing return.
By directly supporting us, you’re helping to remove economic barriers — making our programmes affordable and inclusive for all and in doing so, you’ll be keeping kids off the streets and providing them with the foundations and tools to lead a balanced and successful life.

Who We Are
Forever Young People strive to be at the heart of our community and to be flexible and responsive in our approach. We aim to inspire individuals to feel valued, empowered and confident in their abilities and to motivate individuals educationally, socially and emotionally.
We are taking a mental wellbeing approach to address the mental health pandemic which leads to anxiety, truancy, anger anti-social behaviour and more extreme emotional struggles.
We are committed to supporting and investing in local solutions and growth, while creating a movement of fairness, opportunity and empathy. Forever Young People uses thought, emotional intelligence and ethical practices to create an inclusive and meaningful future through our coaching and mentoring programme which engages young people through conversational based learning. We aim to provide young people, children and community groups with coaching and mentoring that will support them with their low emotional wellbeing across Hertfordshire.
Founder: Ashley Howard
I have been lucky enough to work and progress in this field of work with over 13 years’ experience. I have worked and volunteered in a variety of settings from charities, education and youth work to social services which has allowed me to gain a wealth of experience before creating Forever Young People.
During my career I have been fortunate enough to meet and work with many disadvantaged young people from various backgrounds, cultures, settings and environments from all over the world. These experiences have enabled me to manufacture a culture within FYP to be able to adapt, create and be open-minded to understand different perspectives. No two days or two people are the same and doing what I love and enjoy is the most rewarding and fulfilling aspect of my life.
My studies and qualifications include:
- Neuro Linguistic Programming Coaching and Mentoring Diploma
- Life Coaching Diploma
- Forest School Practitioner
- Emotional Intelligence Practitioner
- Mindfulness Practitioner
- Qualified Teacher.
FYP stands side-by-side with the youth, walking them through the difficulties of adolescence and helping them to navigate life's difficulties. From stress management and social development to trauma and mental health advocacy; FYP is here to provide a safe space for kids to share, grow and thrive.
What We Do
At Forever Young People, we are committed to helping the children, adolescents and adults in our community improve their wellbeing from the inside out, starting with their mental health. We know that through our work, we can and have prevented truancy, emotional struggle, anxiety, anger, aggression, rage, anti-social behaviour and more.
Our Community
FYP takes a holistic approach when it comes to our youth mentoring programmes; starting with a physical and emotional wellbeing assessment, then creating a bespoke and realistically achievable plan for their developmental progress. At the heart of everything we do is an unerring desire to make a positive difference in their lives, allowing young people in Hertfordshire to create better opportunities for themselves by making better life choices and decisions.
From innovative youth projects and teenage mentoring programmes to a range of community support services, we work closely with local authorities, caregivers, family members and social workers to provide the best opportunity for our community’s young people to succeed in life.
Aspirations
With more and more young people needing our support, we’re in need of sponsorship to continue delivering our award-winning programmes and to expand and improve the services we currently offer.
We have big ambitions and our dream would be to one day, have a multi-purpose venue and an ultimate provision for children excluded from school, to be taught in a different format. We would also like to be able to provide 500 sessions mentoring young people up and down the UK, across all of the different age ranges.
In the short-term, we would like to offer improved sessions with better equipment, more staff and increase collaboration with practitioners in order to run specialised workshops and increase from two to three classes a day.
Naturally, we want to support our sponsors and build them in to our organisation on a strategic level — allowing all of our partners to benefit from our ever-improving facilities, expanding audience and our community involvement.
